I also defeated a charter school's attempt to close an on-site voting location within weeks of the 2020 election. I also counseled the City on contracts, ordinance interpretation, and real estate transactions. Professional accomplishments include achieving a first-chair defense verdict that saved a client approximately $5 million in exposure for a private property damage claim under the Massachusetts Oil and Hazardous Material Release Prevention Act; I also obtained dispositive relief in multiple other cases without the need for trial.
