  Started as a laborer and quickly moved up to an operator's position. As an operator I am in charge of organizing a small group of employees to run an asphalt plant. This included , but is not limited to , ordering materials need, setup trucks, loading trucks on schedule, making sure equipment runs and mix stays within specified QC guidelines, watching for problems and/or potential problems, and doing repairs and maintenance on equipment when necessary, both electrical and mechanical.
