Kelvin is the go to operations manager. Throughout his career with Circuit City he was asked to work in almost every store on Long Island. The reason he was asked to work into these stores was to share his leadership and knowledge to ultimately improve each and every location. Kelvin did just that, he created a noticeable and sustained improvement in every store that he was a part of. Kelvin most recently was in our Hicksville location. Within a short time he created one of the top operational teams in the market. This team was asked on many occassions and would always go the extra mile to help surrounding stores achieve the same level of success that they had achieved. I would recommend Kelvin for any leadership role within a retail store looking for operational excellence.
