Kay is a dedicated student, always looking for improving her knowledge and skills in a language so close to her soul. She is a greatly intelligent and sensitive person who is able to focus on the core of people/topic without loosing sight of the big picture.

ArtWorks for Freedom is an innovative non-profit organization that uses the power of art in all its forms in the fight against human trafficking and modern slavery. Our mission is to dignify the victims, re-frame how human trafficking is portrayed and perceived, and to inspire personal involvement and action by the public. Through our growing alliance of artist-activists we are bringing awareness campaigns to cities in the U.S. and around the world.

Currently photographing issues related to human trafficking and other personal projects; learning to use sound; transitioning from commercial work to fine art, exhibitions and photo books, like "Self Examination," a meditation on my breast cancer in words and images. Some of this work was included in the photography show, "Uncommon Beauty," at the Arlington Ellipse. Photographs on human trafficking were exhibited at Princeton's Bernstein Gallery, February-March 2009.
