Kat and I have worked together since 2001. Initially, Kat was a client of our company. I was very impressed by the training program Kat instituted on the project we were working on together. When the opportunity came up to hire Kat, we did not have to think twice. Kat far exceeded our expectations of her position. As our company grew, Kat easily moved into different areas of our business. Her professionalism, communication and writing skills allowed her to excel in many different areas. Kat was always eager to take on new responsibilities. Kat was the face of our business to a large number of our clients. She would balance the interest of our customers with the interest of our company. Our clients always appreciated the honesty and fairness with which she worked with them. I know that Kat would be a great asset to any company that hires her. I look forward to having a chance to work with Kat in the future.
