Katrina is an intelligent and dedicated program and staff manager. Her experience working with asylum seekers and refugees shows in her ability to handle complex and challenging client situations. I directly managed Katrina in her role as Team Leader for the Red Cross Migration Support Programs. In this role she managed a team of ten caseworkers including a remote team based in rural NSW. Her practical problem solving skills, professionalism and calm demeanour were a fabulous asset to our team during a period of significant organisational restructure. I highly recommend Katrina and hope to work with her again in the future!
