    Director of a non-profit organization that empowers women through running for health, fitness and social components. Club New England is a part of the global organization 261 Fearless Inc. Responsible for delivering 261 Fearless designed running and education programing through the development of local running groups in a variety of diverse communities throughout New England. These running groups operate in a non-competitive, judgement free and social environment. • Oversee 7 running groups in New England, identify new areas of growth and orchestrate the launch of new groups.• Supervise and mentor 28 volunteer coaches who support the weekly run groups.• Recruit coaches for new and existing run groups.• Advise local run groups on membership strategies such as community outreach and social media. • Introduced Activate You, a 12 week program that motivates women to become more active through walking and jogging. This 2 year program has been highly successful in under resourced communities where there are barriers to fitness opportunities, offering AY at no to all participants. • Manage the Club advisors for social media, education, membership, and grant development.• Engage in community outreach and development to foster Club awareness and membership growth throughout New England.• Event planning for running events for membership recruitment and Club visibility.
