I have experience as a director leading teams in multiple bluechip companies. It's become quite straight forward for me to spot natural talent. Katie is up there with the best leaders I've worked with. She leads with a meritocractic approach, and is always on top of thing from a high level to a very detailed level. Katie is driven and able to pass that drive on to her team who are very respectiful of Katie. Similarly Katie's client base (1,500 at point of writing) is very respectful of her.
