Kathleen designed a Peer to Peer Coaching Network and delivered the training to my 35 directors in the Southeast. I chose Kathleen and her program because of the relationship she had already developed with directors in our organization and her expertise, as evidenced in prior trainings. She also already exemplified a thorough understanding of our home care business. Because she values relationships, she feels like a member of our team. She conducted the initial training class for Peer to Peer that I found extremely valuable. I learned many new skills myself. She demonstrated a high degree of expertise and her presentation was clear and immediately actionable. In addition, her style was open and inviting to questions (and expressed appreciation for them) and willingly gave her time to responding to questions thoroughly. Kathleen then remained on as the project lead and participated in a large number of the Peer to Peer teleconferences to assure our P2P teams stayed on track and utilized the skills she had taught them. She recently returned for additional skills training. The team welcomed her back and gave nothing but positive feedback about their experience. The directors have benefited from this training and continue to excel. They are demonstrating stronger leadership skills, asking better questions, learning from one another, and mastering the art of coaching. Coaching is a valuable skill in today's business world. Kathleen is exceptionally talented at coaching and mentoring. I couldn't have found a better designer/teacher for this program. Kathleen is extremely enthusiastic about her work which is infectious. I certainly would recommend her for any training on leadership development- personally and professionally. And, I highly recommend Kathleen's Peer to Peer Coaching Networks.
