Katy was my first Project Manager at RSI (now Sparq). We were on a very difficult project and she not only handled it with grace and patience, but tirelessly protected the Team and made space for the work as well. She was able to find common ground and present information clearly. She learned our strengths and how to support us to get the job done and help us all grow and succeed while we worked. She has since gone on to do the same with other projects. I learned so much working with her, and it was a real pleasure.
