Remote position: promoted to this position - Solely responsible for all errors and escalations. Corresponding between title and Notaries to get errors taken care of in a 24 hour turnaround. Explaining docs corrections, solution finding and thinking outside the box to get these done in a timely manner. A fast paced environment, while thinking on my toes. I make sure that we have all docs sent to the notary as well as making sure the notary sending scans back to us in a timely manner. I overview all pending changes, all reschedules, fee adjustments, order corrections, and managing a team ran underneath me. As well as everything else stated in my previous coordinator position.
