  HiveRadio.co.uk is an independent online radio station based in Manchester. We have no playlist, music is determined solely by the presenters. I set up the station, and designed our logo, and helped craft our ethos & culture of being truly independent & innovative allowing all our presenters total musical freedom. As brand manager I have worked to build the stations links around Manchester, working closely with student venues and club nights. In a bid to have us regarded as a respected station, beyond the realms of "student radio". I am currently helping develop the brand and identity of individual shows, feeling that after almost 2 years Hive itself is at a point where the shows should do the talking for us, and I will be shifting our marketing focus onto that of the content we provide. I also present a weekly vinyl only radio show. Since September 2012 Hive Radio has included an ever expanding online magazine, which I contribute as a writer and photographer.
