Kate was one of the members on the Happy Valley Communications Global Entrepreneurship Week 2019 team. HVC is the student run public relations firm of which I have been the faculty advisor since 2009. Being selected to be on that particular HVC team in itself an honor - only six of nearly 50 members are offered a seat on the HVC GEW team. Because I depend upon that team to get the word out each year on campus about GEW it is important that each team member give it 110%. Penn State's ten plus year response to GEW has been recognized nationally for how well organized and managed it is and I owe much of that success to my100 plus student volunteers. And in particular to the HVC GEW team which manages the student publicity for this massive event. For 2019, my team was simply incredible. I am so thankful to have a chance to work with students like Kate. Thank you for all of your hard work this year. Linda
