These 2 years where a great learning experience in running your own business. My role was defined as operational manager for the handy-man/carpentry branch of the company. My responsibilities included, but where not limited to, hiring and training new employees, customer relations, product design, professionalizing and optimising processes within the company and of course picking up odd jobs throughout to make sure we delivered as the customer wished.
