I worked as a project managers with Karstens department of developers for more than a year, and he was my mentor when starting in Saxo Bank. It was in many ways uncomplicated, because of Karstens way of managing both his department internally and all external stakeholders. Karstens management style is very Scandinavian, in that his people have great freedom and a lot of say in how things are run. I would definately work with a group of developers run by Karsten again. Karsten has a lot of political skills and is good at finding the strengths in others and encouraging the development of these.
