Our relationship started with a small piece of domestic business that evolved into a multi-million dollar venture involving several campaigns across domestic, nearshore, and offshore locations. When challenges arose, Karla was always calm and focused on the root cause and finding solutions. If Karla was made aware of potential future impacts on our business, she provided ideal notice and remained transparent throughout all phases of the business change. Karla defines the role of a partnership and is always proactive and strategic in her approach to the business. Her experience in both Human Resources and Operations fosters a team atmosphere where neither I nor my team hesitated to reach out and ask for guidance, share ideas, business challenges, and long-term growth strategies. Her guidance and forethought were integral to our growth and success. Karla not only had her company’s goals in mind at all times but her partners as well.
