Project: CNAM and Teachers' Academy Description: 26,500 m2 built up Area covering 4 super-structure levels in U-shape design and two basements covering the whole land area Types of work: Demolition, Shoring (piles, anchors and shotcrete), Excavation, Dewatering, Waterproofing, Concrete and metal works, MEP (Fire suppression, BMS and Telecom), Finishing Responsibilities: − Oversee construction works and manage the relation with the consultant − Assist in schedule control while meeting quality and budget requirements − Form a link between the project manager, the consultant, the foreman and MEP team to avoid clashes and anticipate potential complications − Quantity surveying, bar bending schedules and shop drawings − Prepare steel orders and handle materials delivered on site − Concrete/daily reports

Other projects: Renovation of Le Pavillion (Beirut), Construction of the General Security building (Beirut) Responsibilities: − Overseeing construction works and approving casting of concrete elements − Preparing steel orders under the constraints of limited storage space and inconsistent supplier delivery time − Coordinating with the MEP team to avoid conflicts and delays − Quantity surveying, bar bending schedules and shop drawings − Mediating between the Architect and the Site Engineer to resolve incompatibilities between the structural and architectural drawings − Rotating between sites and reporting progress to the PM
