      I have been working with Marketing Automation in the mail channel. I was part of implementing a new CRM platform (Oracle responsys) and planning and building both customer lifecycle programs and individual campaigns. I have been setting up trigger based e-mail campaign flows, as well as individual campaigns, and building up content for 60 individual sites (37 different languages in up to 6 different brands).
