Worked on the award-winning two-year Unlocked Graduates Leadership Development Programme working as a front line Prison Officer in Her Majesty’s Prison Service whilst studying for an MSc in Leadership & Custodial Environments at the University of Suffolk and writing a group policy paper on prison reform for the Secretary of State for Justice. The purpose of this scheme is reduce the significant costs of re-offending and aid with rehabilitation efforts on a micro and macro level. Game Changers Programme: Was selected as part of Kick It Out's partnership with UEFA Foundation for Children to launch 'Game Changers' - a mentoring programme for 12 young adults, to identify and create the future leaders of football, inspiring them to bring positive change to the sport with regards to equality, inclusion and cohesion, and in turn help to address the under representation of minority groups across the industry. A.S.P.I.R.E. – KICK IT OUT’S YOUNG AMBASSADOR GROUP: In February 2016, Kick It Out launched A.S.P.I.R.E. – 'Ambassadors Supporting and Promoting Inclusion, Respect and Equality'. Was selected to represent the new young ambassador group aged between 16-21 and help advise the organisation on how to help promote the message of equality in the game and society. Show less
