I am an aerial tour guide, leading canopy and zip line tours near the New River Gorge in West Virginia. I am able to lead and facilitate an 8 to 20 person tour within a 3 to 4 hour time limit. I work up to 3 tours a day. I am knowledgeable with native and invasive tree species and am able to identify them in order to teach guests the importance of these trees and their role in the environment. I also manage 2 days a week, deal with customer service and reservations while helping employee needs. I guide a couple different tours within this company. Most of the time I work one hour night time basin snowmobile tours I can have up to eight people following me single file at a time with a tail guide in the back, this job takes skill in knowing how fast to go and reading the comfort levels of the guests and how to take charge if things get rocky. My department also offers Polaris Razor tours I can lead up to 4 cars on each tour with a tail guide in the back, tours last an hour. We also offer a dinner tour with the Razors, so not only do we guide the guests we also serve them dinner on this particular tour. When we have a good season with fair amounts of natural snow fall we offer a back country adventure snowmobile tour a family and a adventure tour to fit every guests needs and wants. I am very flexible and am able to lead all of these tours. Show less
