I hired Carlos as a market unit sales engineer, he performed very well, with quick understanding of our business and customers, he also showed an excellent relationship with our central coordinators located in Sweden. He was able to break customer resistance and developing sales for existing customer, but also, selling new technologies and recovering sales for relevant customers. I would hire Carlos again if I had a new opportunity.
