At Prospects Services I managed 10 different projects which included budgets, timelines, project plans, marketing/communication plans and quality plans. I ran Business Awards programmes across London. I managed the full process of each Awards from the mobilisation, entry periods, judging and the final Awards Ceremony. A Celsius Club (For large and significant private sector companies, by invitation only), and the Prospects Connect Membership (with 200 members). These projects all include events, and in a year I organised and managed over 50 different types of events. These include breakfasts, launch events, judging days, dinners (from 20 – 500 guests), and networking events.
