A Juliana como pessoa no RH me lembra uma palavra: ação! Eu poderia falar tudo que ela me ajudou, desde organização e planejamento até a parte de propósito e carreira. Mas acima disso a Ju é uma pessoa inspiradora e determinada, sendo fácil fazer projetos difpiceis ao lado dela. A velocidade que ela colocava nos projetos vinha com muito "jogar junto" e isso era sensacional para a evolução de todos como um time. Em um de nossos projetos, ficamos mais próximas e acredito que evolui em 1 mês o equivalente a 3 meses.
