  I lead the entire R&D team in Keruyun. From 2014 to 2016 the R&D team was developed from 10 to 200 people at the end of 2016. In practice, we adopt the agile development process to delivery software more quickly with higher quality. To establish Chengdu R&D center from scratch. And now most of R&D teams are in Chengdu R&D center. I lead R&D team, here, to support Keruyun’s business strategy. At the meantime, I am responsible for four product teams, Loyalty(sCRM), Portal(WeChat official account), C-end product and the open platform. From 2017 to present, I pay more attention to open-platform business, to build and to maintain the external service-product ecosystem, and deliver corresponding business performance.

And we provide suggestion to optimize advertising effectiveness through AD impression and click. In the meantime I play as advisor in database sharding, SOA migration, performance tuning and etc.
