      I have written a book which launched in March '22, titled Hoopspeak. I share my knowledge of basketball and relate that knowledge to leadership concepts. For example, I am on a mission to change the term "low-hanging fruit" to FASTBREAK. It's a quick score, a quick success. Similar basketball terms and the Xs and Os (the strategy) of leading are throughout the book. I share what I think it takes to be a great leader. One thought is to create a culture with a common language. Also, one of my models is the SCORE model. I believe the triple threat of leadership is Emotional Intelligence, Engagement, and Execution. If you start with these you can go in any direction, pass, shoot, or dribble to make things happen within your team. I speak at Basketball Camps, Leadership Conferences, and Basketball Academies. and I will do book signings.
