I also would like to mention Julia's high level of professionalism. We worked together for about 4 years and during this time Julia showed great growth both professionally and personally. A wonderful colleague with a sharp mind and a desire to always grow professionally. As far as I know Julia completed several courses on project and team management, which allowed her not only theoretically, but practically to apply her knowledge in improving project's metrics and indicators. An excellent level of English, project management skills and excellent personal qualities allowed Julia to manage several fairly complex integration projects in parallel with possible dependencies and risks. Organization of work both within the team and between departments, excellent communication with clients, technical literacy allowed Julia to complete projects successfully and on time.
