During my time in Danelfin with José I loved working alongside him. He only had 1 week left with me to teach me how the application worked and help me with whenever I would get stuck or simply any doubt I might had and he helped me no questions asked with all his heart. During our time at Arhat, Jose embodied the spirit of a small team: took responsibility for his job beyond expected and, besides producing all the 3D and 2D art, he always pushed the quality of the game, constantly raising the quality. On top of that, he quickly developed direct channels of communication with the coders, learned Unreal Engine pipeline and kept learning in every area that was needed for the game without much supervision. When an artist spends all his free time improving his skills you know he will have a great career, so I expect seeing great things from him in the future!
