I've had the pleasure of witnessing her intelligence, compassion and effectiveness in every situation, from service to her clients to leading her organization. Veronica has always had a passion for excellence and honesty and it shows brightly every day. In my 42 years in the recruing industry, Veronica stands out as one of our stars. I know her father founded their company and she has more than ably continued his outstanding legacy. We're all proud of what she's accomplished, and continues to do so. I have been fortunate enough to work with Veronica Ramirez both as a recruit and as a hiring manager. Veronica changed my life in 2015 when she reached out to me as a passive recruit and engaged me in a conversation that ultimately led to my decision to move 6 hours away from my family home to take a job with one of her clients.
