  The British Safety Council is an international charity and corporate membership organisation working to achieve its objective that no-one should be killed, injured or made ill through work. In tgus role I was responsible for supporting the direct engagement with members through events, and set up sector interest groups. Additionally I was responsible for identifying and mamaging relevant project and topic focused initiatives and consultations. This role also oversaw the our publications and communications team responsible for producing a monthly magazine, Safety Management, as well as other materials such as guides, posters, newsletters and developing a growing digital communications suite.
