We use the bodies natural movements along with easy to remember techniques to make things simple and easy to understand, we promise results quickly, you don't need to train for 10 years to learn effective self defence techniques.I run classes on Wednesday at 6.30pm-8.30pm at De Montfort School in Evesham and on Thursday from 5.30pm-7.30pm at Abbey Park School in Pershore. I went about implementing the 5d’s methodology (Discovery – Design – Develop – Delivery –Deployment) through consistent communication with the programmers and design team under me (6 in total). I was able to dramatically cut down the amount of client complaints and saved the build team countless hours fixing issues that were caused by communication break down and misunderstandings. Motel Rocks Integration with Microsoft Dynamics: Pauls Boutique Website Development and Launch: Multiple integrations and custom developments including WorldPay Payment Gateway, BTB Mailfight, Opera Accounts Package, Multiple International IP Sniff functionalities. Multiple Developers required for delivery within a tight schedule. Launched on schedule pre peak season, achieved a consistent 300% increase in conversion in comparison to old platform from the same traffic.- Many more Integration projects and e-commerce retail and wholesale Website builds.General Duties: Ensure Projects are delivered on time and on budget.
