Developed and implemented a first-time formal training program with weekly-integrated training exercises to ensure mission readiness and was made the focal point in the Regional EM Assessment. Led a group of 6 Sailors in bi-weekly drills, ensuring the command was properly prepared for the annual capstone Anti-Terrorism event, Solid Curtain-Citadel Shield.
