I worked within the Sales and Loyalty training team, here I worked for 4 years developing the UK operations across the country from north to south also with our offshore partners. I played a key part in a huge developmentel project to enhance customer satisfaction, performance and create more time for people development. I supported the implementation of outsourcing various parts of the business to New Dehli India. Here I spent 6 months making it a sucesss.
