Jon is a remarkable trainer. Some technical product trainings are, well, boring. Not with Jon. I walked away from his Banner Engineering training seminars knowing that I had been taught valuable information that I could turn into sales successes. And I did. Over the years I have attended several training seminars and always looked forward to learning from Jon. And best of all, his presentations actually made me gave a damn about the subject matter as it was being taught. It is not very common to hear colleagues make a point of praising the trainer when returning from a days long technical training seminar. Those of us who had previous experience with Jon, would just smile and listen to the comments of the recently taught when they returned. I was disappointed when I returned to Banner Engineering for training once again, only to find out that Jon had left.
