As a Health & Safety professional, my current status is a Safety Technician at Armour Safety & Compliance. I have serviced equipment such as Self-Contained Breathing Apparatuses (SCBA), fire extinguisher(s), first-aid kits, H2S monitors and more. While also conducting calibration systems for H2S systems with various models. Being a technician is much more that servicing though, which includes Safety audits for businesses and companies ensuring compliance with all the equipment listed above (and more), as well as ensuring a safe, healthy work environment for encounters that are presented for our clients at Armour Safety & Compliance. In the small amount of time being with Armour, I have been guided by some of the best in the industry at their profession by soaking in all the knowledge that is being shown, presented and given to me. Armour has shown me that Safety is a foundation and not just a benefit. If you want sincere, dedicated and professional personnel, look no further than Armour Safety & Compliance. Show less

Updated, revised and edited COVID-19 Prevention Programs for various organizations, companies and businesses including dairies, restaurants, storage facilities, hotels and more. While gaining experience with programs I also was being utilized in some consulting with these various organizations which including reaching out to clients and engaging in conversations in which certain services were needed/advised for said companies programs. I also created a Supervisor/Safety Team PowerPoint that guided/informed employees of hazcom (hazard vs risk, elaboration on both, the differences etc.) While interning with Boretti Inc. I also created and wrote a Newsletter for upcoming changes to regulations & standards, along with changes and comparisons that informed employees on what/why it was being changed. Show less

Being an Aviation Boatswainsmate Handler was a high stress environment that included various moving parts in a simultaneous manner. It included a minimum of 6 people all being on the same page at all moments during actions performed. It consisted of maneuvering multi-million dollar aircraft such as a FA/18 Hornet/Super Hornet, Romeo & Sierra model helicopters, E2-C2 Hawkeyes (and more) in a limited capacity of area. Being precise, calculated and knowledgeable of all components involved means more success of operating aircraft but more importantly keeping personnel and the aircraft safe and ready to go at a moments notice. • Hot Suitman
      • Nov 2013 - Sep 2017

Hot Suitman consisted of being more knowledgeable in combating fires within the confinement of an Aircraft Carrier. It consisted of numerous drills that were staged and unstaged in order to maintain awareness and skills in order to combat aircraft fires, fuel stations fires and other classification of fires. Aircraft rescue of pilots were conducted by entering the aircraft, isolating and shutting off certain components that could further cause harm, or only intensify fires. It also consisted of having to dawn all equipment (suit pants, suit jacket, gloves, boots, SCBA, equipment needed and more) in less than 2 and a half minutes, no matter the location of where you were located at the time of fire occurring. After rescue was commenced and fire was put out, another aspect of the job was to ensure that there were no residual fires and harm still to be imminent, this was done by conducting a complete sweep of the aircraft, checking the battery for electrical fires, the tires for combustion, and the exhaust for fuel and/or fires. Communication was key when acts were conducting due to ensure the area was safe, and taking measures in order to maximize effectiveness. Show less
