To Whom It May Concern, Joe has an impeccable leadership style generating epic results year over year while working directly for me over a six-year time frame. I initially hired Joe directly as a sales representative, Joe had tremendous ambition and took this position and landed #1 in the nation in year one. I then promoted Joe to a Store Manager where he repeated that success and landed as the #1 Store Manager in the nation in year two. I again promoted Joe to District Manager where he landed #1 in the nation for three years running. I was promoted to Director and I promoted Joe to be the Regional Manager replacing me in this role. Joe is a leader that leads with his passion for people and motivates his teams to have fun. Joe knows how to bring out skills that his leadership team never knew they had through his high energy hands-on training skills.
