I've been lucky enough to have kept in touch with Joe over a couple of years, and until recently not required his services. However due to circumstances, I have used Joe as my main support in securing a new role (which he has strongly facilitated me in achieving). Joe is diligent, asks the right questions and contacts you in the right frequency (not too much, not too little). Truly you would think this should be the norm, but it isn't, and Joe hits that sweet spot perfectly. Importantly he knows when not to, and when to put you forward, as sometimes the role may be just outside your comfort zone, or indeed, well inside it. To summarise, use Joe, he's great.
