Joss is motivated and motivating - much-needed skills when aiming to deliver ambitious and often pioneering training programmes. We worked together as part of a small core team tasked with establishing an engaging Regeneration, Employment and Skills Plan that would add value to the delivery of Manchester City Council's £90m Town Hall Complex Transformation Programme. Collaborating as client (Joss for MCC) and contractor (myself and colleagues for LOR), we established and then set about planning how to achieve ambitous targets. Joss's skills not only in people management but in events and engagement - as well as her multitude of connections and understanding of how the city council operates - were crucial to getting the project off the ground. It was fantastic to work alongside someone who gets the job done, and does so with passion and zeal.
