    Lead Colorado State University’s new Spur campus in north Denver. Create strategy, and oversee programs, partnerships, and operations at CSU Spur, which is inspiring life-long learners to engage in global challenges in food, water, health, and sustainability. Spur hosts more than 70,000 visitors annually.Speak publicly frequently, and host a podcast, CSU Spur of the Moment, taking the mystery out of careers in food, water, health and sustainability. Focus on community engagement and place-making, including facilitating CSU’s Anchor Institution work for the Spur campus, connecting us with surrounding neighborhoods to meet their educational needs. Team has developed partnerships with 20+ organizations serving surrounding communities and partnership with local schools. Engage and inspire university presidents, administrators, faculty and staff across all three CSU campuses and across disciplines to integrate sustainability into university operations.

    Managed all aspects of vision and design for CSU’s new Spur campus, an educational and community-facing campus, part of the 250-acre National Western Center redevelopment. Worked closely with project partners and multiple agencies at the City and County of Denver on site programming, systems thinking, implementation of the Master Plan sustainability goals (including a unique wastewater heat recovery system), community engagement, and long-term strategic direction.

Managed the development of early program ideas across multiple colleges and campuses.Launched Water in the West Symposium, bringing together multiple disciplines to learn and apply new solutions to water challenges via systems thinking.

As Director, Jocelyn managed the overall project portfolio, and a variety of projects across the US. She also wrote articles, proposals, and white papers, and developed internal operations in collaboration with the CEO, starting from PlaceMatters' spinoff in 2005.
