I have experience in intellectual property, commercial contracts, and product counseling by working closely with data science, product development, and sales and marketing. As an IP strategist, I have been responsible for developing and implementing effective IP strategies to protect my company's core technology and to maximize the value of its IP assets. In my role, I advise the executive team on all aspects of IP, including patent and trademark procurement, IP portfolio management and growth, and IP business development. I work closely with internal research teams to identify and protect new innovations and have prepared and prosecuted patent applications both domestically and internationally. I take a hands-on approach to managing patent and trademark portfolios, including overseeing external counsel teams and liaising with internal stakeholders to develop effective IP policies and training materials. My ability to conduct freedom-to-operate analysis and due diligence assessments has been invaluable in identifying potential legal risks and opportunities for my company. Show less
