There are a few working and life experiences that I look back upon in my career and cherish far greater than anything. Above most would be the time I spent working with Joachim. We were fortunate to have been awarded a large contract with Coca Cola Germany to bring their brand to life through a series of marketing initiatives. Joachim took the lead on quickly launching The Event Department and leading it to become Germany's leading event agency. I had the pleasure of spending countless hours with Joachim, mapping out every detail of the operational plans to match the brand strategy, (the 264 steps needed to Shop Refresshed), developing a training program to train over 500 promoters to execute to perfection in a fun and passionate manner, in a way that only The Event Department could. Joachim had the unique ability to forsee all the pieces of an organizational structure, how they interconnected, how they worked with synergy and how they needed to adjust of change. Above all this, he managed and lead hist team with a warm, kind heart, a gentle yet firm hand of gudiance and with the confidence inspired that everything in the world could be accomplished. We worked countless hours perfect training programs, travelled most of Germany During training programs, Joachim could inspire passion in those he lead. His magic was making each staff persons task fit in a simple effective manner to the overall goal, allowing each person to work with comfort of knowing how they were a part of the overall success of all that was accomplished. Joachim continued on after my departure to train, motivate and lead countless brand leaders. The time working with Joachim has been by far one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
