We also test food supplements in the above dosage forms.*Strictly observes the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety Standards in the performance of the duty at all time.*Always wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working in the laboratory. Observes safety rules and regulations and keeps laboratory work area clean and orderly (“clean as you go”).*Performs analysis on raw materials, in-process, bulk, intermediates, and semi-finished and finished products samples in accordance to the test methodology and technical specifications.*Operates HPLC and spectrophotometer machines and other laboratory equipment, and maintains them in good condition.*Religiously logs and/or records the usage and/or calibration of laboratory equipment in the respective equipment logbook/s *Escalate to the Supervisor if there are any noted potential problems and/or non conformances. Reports to the Supervisor any machine malfunction and/or breakdown*Accomplishes and submits the complete analytical report to the QC Supervisor.In case of out-of specification results, conducts investigation and performs verification tests in accordance to the SOP*Prepares reagent required in the chemical testing and reports to Supervisor if inventory level of chemicals and consumables is near critical stock level. Our plant is specializes for producing coating products for paints, cement modification, and architectural finishing material. QA Laboratory Technician - Quality checking of in-process and delivery products if within specification and do adjustments if necessary. - Incoming raw material analysis as per COA specification. - Internal waste water and effluent monitoring before emission to municipal waste. - Documentation of laboratory report. - Inventory of laboratory chemicals and consumables and creating a purchase order (PO) if needed. - Application of 5S. - Strictly follow environment, health and safety (EH&S) rules and regulations. - Do protocol batch sampling and analysis on different unit operation of the product undergoes to troubleshoot the cause of abnormality of the producing product. - Proficiency in Microsoft office. - Proficiency on SAP. - Customer visit for product complains and determine its root cause. - Handling of various sophisticated analytical instrument such as GC, HPLC, UV-Vis, particle size analyzer, and FTIR on the analyzation of sample. - Calibration and validation of laboratory equipment and plotting its data on QA NWA software. - Do meetings with regards to quality issue on everyday basis as to coordinate the concern of our department with other department. - Do selling by concession. Supply Chain - Act as an inventory focal point in maintain the accurate inventory of material in the plant and do inventory adjustments when necessary. - Do warehouse management for better logistics transactions. - Act as a supply planner in prohibiting the expiration of each raw material/finished goods and used it to its maximum capacity. - Do tax deduction report as part of inventory destruction. - Maintaining the better and proper material flow of each material in the plant.

Laboratory Technician
