Duties included attaining all revenue targets set each quarter, delivering the scorecard each quarter, setting up the QBR for each quarter. etc. Made sure the capacity plan met the forecast, processes were in place to enable maximum shipments for each end of quarter, and continually improved our use of cross docking, PVAL processes and rack assembly to hit all revenue targets.Responsible for the same aspects of the business but this time for the Isilon products being shipped out of Jabil in Memphis TN. Streamlined this process in Jabil, with the help of the Jabil team, to the point of shipping Isilon's highest revenue quarter ever in 2016. Show less
