Jessie and I worked together in the Technology & Outsourcing team at CMS Cameron McKenna in London. She is a smart, effective and commercially aware lawyer with excellent legal and analytical skills – as well as a great colleague. She has a brilliant manner with clients and other team members, and always brings a relentless, positive drive and energy to get complex, high value difficult projects closed and solve problems for her team and clients. Her affable nature and professionalism allows her to build networks remarkably quickly and she has strong leadership and management skills that would benefit any team. She was great to work with.

Jessie and I have worked together on a number of occasions at the Royal Bank of Scotland. She helped me negotiate and complete a significant technology transformation project which delivered huge cost savings for the bank with great benefits to the customers. She is my "go-to" person when I or my team requires any legal assistance. This is because Jessie has an excellent grasp of the commercial side of the business and balances the needs of the customer, the challenging demands of stakeholders and the interests of the bank incredibly well. She has excellent people skills and I have seen first-hand how very effectively Jessie handles a roomful of strong-willed and differing personalities. Jessie is a great listener and communicator. She asks the right questions to help her get to the core of any legal query or issue. Her strong legal knowledge coupled with her pragmatism and commercial nous makes her a pleasure to work with.
