Jessica helped get me up to speed on the processes at the company, always willing to spend time out of her day to help answer my questions. Jessica leads the Direct to Donor digital advertisements with a budget in the six-figures. Her work requires a strong attention to detail, acute data analysis, and agility. She deftly adapts tactics to fit the best performing models. She works hand-in-hand with her media vendor as if they are a part of the in-house team. They are in constant communication throughout the work hours and after-hours, as needed. Jessica's talents are beyond just media. She is a good communicator and project manager - aligning her needs from teammates and superiors to get the work completed within her production timeframe.
