Men On Boats; cancelled due to COVID-19 To ensure the safety of our crew members who were in space, we created protocols that aligned with CDC and school guidance. We also worked with stage management to ensure the safety of actors when crew members needed to come in to troubleshoot. I conducted all meetings and most check-ins virtually, as well as working with the Schools of Drama and D&P to locate space for our crew and actors to be physically distant. We partnered with PXT Studio to utilize vMix software. This technology allowed our programmers to portray 10 actors on one screen when they were actually in completely separate rooms in front of green screens. I helped to coordinate obtaining and tracking all the technical materials we needed to create this vMix system. Due to shipping delays and other time concerns, the show was paused. I worked with the team to document equipment and important milestones that needed to be reached if the show were to be picked up again. The decision was eventually made to cancel the show for this season, but it is ready to be picked up and resumed at any time. Show less

Spring Dance; cancelled due to COVID-19Spring Dance was a combination of four separate pieces with different needs. I coordinated with the School of Dance faculty and costume shop, School of Design and Production design and technical teams, outside choreographers and composers, and representatives from the Merce Cunningham Trust to ensure we could capture the needs for each piece. In addition to the usual duties, I also worked closely with faculty on sourcing materials and budget. Unfortunately the show was cancelled right before rehearsals began as design work was wrapping up. I worked with faculty to wrap up the project and disperse information to the teams as it became available. Show less

The Odyssey; cancelled due to COVID-19I managed creative and technical teams throughout the entire process. I also worked with the student director and maintained schedules, production meetings, notes, and contacts. I coordinated with the theatre and front of house staff for some unusual aspects of the show, such as using seating banks as scenery and having the audience be involved in the show. I wrote weekly budget and status reports for faculty advisors. Unfortunately the show was cancelled during load in due to COVID-19, so I worked with faculty to wrap up the project and disperse information to the teams as it became available. Show less

Stick Fly, directed by Avery GlymphI managed creative and technical teams from conception and design through build, load-in, and strike. Throughout the process, I worked with my assistant to maintain schedules, meeting invites, notes, and contacts. I gathered updates from the various production teams to track status and budget updates for easy reporting to faculty. Due to a school break, I also built out a proposal for an extended load in schedule and coordinated its approval with the technical teams, theatre staff, and Dean of Design and Production. Show less
