  As Project Manager, I managed four student housing projects, ensuring the client's standards for design are met and drawings were coordinated across disciplines. From schematic through construction administration phases, I was responsible for the development of the interior space plan, integrating finishes from our interior designer's vision for the project, project scheduling, budget assessments, architectural and MEP coordination, and design approval.   As Job Captain, I assisted in the development and production of a permit drawing set for a local 14,000 sq. ft. custom residential project and developed interior perspective renderings in coordination with the desired style of our client by effectively communicating the design direction to the interior renderer through detailed drawings and images. In addition to this, I assisted in developing a schematic program for a 6,800 sq. ft. residential remodel while successfully balancing the city's remodel restrictions and the design needs of our client.   As Project Manager, I managed Victoria’s Secret store designs from schematic design through construction documents within a budget, effectively communicating each project's scope and design intent with their designers at Limited Brands, Inc. and mall property management to acquire project approval. Collaborating with the store designers, I successfully managed each store's scheduled deadlines by communicating and coordinating with consultants and vendors. Other responsibilities included delegating project assignments to individual team members to meet deadlines, and conducting site specific research, survey analysis, and code research to apply to individual store designs.

  While working at KTGY as an Architectural Designer, I contributed to several residential housing projects, both on production and design teams. My responsibilities included drafting plans, structural details, and presentation drawings, using AutoCad, Photoshop, and Sketch-Up as design tools, as well as site visits. I was also involved in choosing materials and color schemes for the projects' exteriors. The majority of the projects were mixed use housing, but also included student housing, townhomes, and apartments.
