I highly recommend Jennifer as she has the ability to satisfy the varying needs each individual customer requests. Jennifer demonstrated extreme knowledge and expertise throughout all transactions as my real estate agent. She returned all phone calls and answered emails promptly. Jennifer also continued the provide answers to questions long after the her required assistance was completed. Jennifer has a pleasing personality along with the ability to go above and beyond what it takes to seek specifically what her client is in need of. I have recommended Jennifer to several friends with complete peace of mind knowing that they will be as happy with her service as I was.

    • Current President / Past Treasurer
      • Sep 2008 - Present

President since September 2013, served as Treasurer from September 2008-2013. The officers of the board of directors, elected in 2008 and those currently serving, have aggressively and successfully aided in returning a struggling homeowner's association back to financial health. The board has established sound fiscal policies and developed a workable budget, keeping in mind the needs, requirements and expectations of the community. Many improvements have been done without imposing special assessments to homeowners. The board has been progressive in terms of collecting assessments, imposing late fees, taking legal action and possession of units that are delinquent and/or in foreclosure. The aggressive collection process has helped the association recoup past dues and balance the budget which in turn allows funds to be appropriated for general services, reserve funds and capital improvements. The board and association look forward to continued financial health and improvements to all common areas. Show less
