My team worked very closely with Jennifer at Epiq, as she was the primary Project Manager for our deployments of production software. When we first started working with her, there were some inefficiencies in our communications and process she was very quick to identify and resolve, which resulted in less time spent working overnight and much less confusion. Her departure from Epiq was very definitely felt by my entire team. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
