Jen is simply fabulous. She has mastered being compassionate, yet firm, consistent but also flexible. She has a strong drive to advocate and make staff feel heard. She also knows how to balance that drive by keeping in mind the needs of the company. She is confident in her decisions because she's always listening and learning, striving to be a progressive leader, even when the company is years behind. As a direct supervisor, she often knew what I needed before I did. I am grateful for the time I worked with Jen and would jump at the chance to do so again.

I worked with Jen at Bethesda, and would highly recommend her for a leadership role in operations or Human Resources. She is very knowledgeable in her field and does her job with fairness and compassion. She is a true leader who cares about her team and does whatever she can to help them to succeed! While Jen is a great mentor to her staff and skilled at training, she is very ambitious and continues down her path of lifelong learning. Jen is a very caring person who works well with everyone!
