Albeit being in the beginning of her career, Jenna possesses skills that are on high demand in the current working life: she's skilled in presenting big topics in a concise manner, she thrives in teamwork and she asks on-point questions. Jenna is a great speaker, an attentive listener and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was a great experience for me to coach Jenna during her Demola project, and I'm certain Jenna will do amazing things in her future career.

Jenna makes thing happen! She was really easy to work with, and had wealth of ideas to contribute to our mutual project. Her teamwork and presentation skills really shined as she held presentations to both small group of experts and larger international audiences. Thanks Jenna, would love to work with you in the future as well!

I have facilitated 7 different groups of over 150 students in total, both virtually and in a classroom (TAMK and elsewhere).I am responsible for presenting the course material, managing timetables, and guiding students through individual and group exercises while creating a trusting environment. The experience is kind of like having a longed-for deep conversation on Reddit with random people but in real life. And you might actually connect with those people again, especially if they're your new classmates. It's really cool.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Self-Hack is a one day long workshop aimed to support you in defining your life direction and designing the right way to achieve it. Thanks to its scalable concept it can be hosted anywhere in the world.

Together with Santeri Tuovila, I taught on a course called Luovan alan liiketoiminta ja yrittäjyys (entrepreneurship in the creative industries).By bringing Self-Hack exercises to this course, I made teaching and learning more interactive. We had a lot more discussion, personal sharing and flexibility based on students' needs than on most other university courses. We asked students for their call-to-action many times during the course, and at the end, it seemed like many of them had a clearer plan for their entrepreneurship journey.

I facilitated one group of about 30 TAMK students virtually for one week.I was responsible for keeping students on track with their tasks, co-operating with the coach and experts, and managing timetables.I learned how to organize events for large groups virtually. I also developed my co-operation and managing skills (and how weird it is to talk to a big group of people / black screens with names but be alone in the room!)------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Sprint Innovation Festival is an intensive five day long online project, during which over 600 students from three universities of Tampere work on real cases given by a variety of companies and organisations. Coaches and company representatives are there to guide the innovation project along the way, and the event also features interesting keynote speakers and performers.

As a detail-oriented cleaner I learned discipline, time management and prioritization skills in this physically demanding job. I still have a lot of respect for cleaners, and am obsessed with aurikatariina's cleaning videos. I taught English to children on a summer course. I learned to be patient and flexible with other people, as children tend to be unpredictable. I taught English to children on a summer course. I learned to be patient and flexible with other people, as children tend to be unpredictable.
